The Asian Alliance Insurance PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, that the company has decided to pay the final Dividend of Rs.3.00 per share. The dividend is for the financial year of 2010. The above dividend proposes is subjective to approvals of shareholder at AGM on 25^th March 2011.

The company further says the Ex-Dividend date will be 28^th March 2011, and Payment will be on 5^th April 2011.
