24^th February the Commercial Development Company PLC announced Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010.

The company further says the Ex-Dividend date will be 9^th May 2011 and the payment will be made on 19^th May 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders approvals at the Annual general meeting held in 6^th May 2011.
