Today 10^th February 2011. The Colombo Stock Exchange announced E.B.Creasy & Company PLC declared the interim dividend of Rs.4.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The company further inform as the payment will be on 7^th march 2011.

About E.B.Creasy & Company PLC

The company established on 1929 and quoted in CSE at 1968. The company is in the business of marketing & distribution of hardware consumer products etc. engaged in the areas of freight forwarding & export of nontraditional Srilankan products, plantation management, and hotel industry.

Share Price and Dividend

Today the share has been traded between Rs.3800.00 to Rs.4000.00. to comparability the dividend [Rs.4.00] is negligible with the capital gain [Rs.200].

Therefore the dividend is become needless for company like this.

These are the shares are not talk by investors because of the share price and the minimum quantities are higher than other shares in listed in CSE.
