4^th March 2011, the Agalawatte Plantations PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange; the company has decided to pay First and Final Dividend of Rs.2.50 per share. This Dividend is for the financial Year of 2010.

The Company further says that Dividend announcement needs to approve by Shareholders in the AGM on 31^st March 2011. The Ex-Dividend date will be on 1^st April 2011 and the Dividend will be paid on 11^th April 2011.
