25^th February 2011, the Colombo Stock Exchange announced the Browns Beach Hotels PLC Rights are listed in CSE.

The Browns Beach Hotels PLC issued 33,600,000 Ordinary shares as rights at the price of Rs.65.00 each. The rights were issue the proportion of 7 new Ordinary shares for every 2 shares held.
