24^th February 2011, the HNB Assurance PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, that the Company has decided to issue Rights of 6,250,00 Ordinary Shares at the Price of Rs.62.50 each. The rights are issue at the proportion of 1 new share for 7 shares held.
