1^st April 2011, DFCC Bank announced its Interim Dividend of Rs.7.00 per Share. 8^th April 2011 the Bank has amended its announcement as follows,

The Bank Declare to pay first and Final Dividend (Earlier its Interim Dividend) of Rs.7.00 per share for the financial year end of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement not required Shareholders approvals and the EX Dividend date will be on 12^th April 2011 and the Payment will be on 27^th April 2011(earlier its 25^th April 2011).
