10^th May 2011, the Capital Development & Investment Co PLC announced Final Dividend of Rs.4.10 per share for the financial year ended 2010.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholder approvals from the Annual General Meeting on 28^th June 2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 29^th June 2011 and the Payment will be on 7^th July 2011.
