HNB Rights Issue
The company decided to Issue right issue of Voting and non Voting ordinary shares as following proportions.

Private Placement
The HNB Board of Directors decided to make Private Placement of 13,500,000 new ordinary Voting shares. The issued price is not less than Rs.235 per Share.
The private Placement will be offer to the Institutional investors (both Local and foreign). The shares will be issued the investor/s who offer/s the highest price.
