Final Dividend

Today 20^th May 2011, the John Keells Holdings PLC announced the Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex dividend will be on 31^st May 2011 and payment will be on 9^th June 2011.

Shares Subdivision

The Board of directors resolves to increase number of shares by subdivision. The subdivision will be on 3 exiting shares subdivide into 4 ordinary shares.

 The Above subdivision is subjective to the shareholders approvals on extraordinary general Meeting.
