23^rd May 2011, the Watawala plantations PLC announced the Final Dividend of Rs.0.85 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 11^th July 2011 and the Payment will be on 20^th July 2011.

The above dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders approvals on Annual General Meeting on 8^th July 2011.
