10^th June 2011. The Citizens Development Business Finance PLC announced First and Final Dividend of Rs.2.00 per share. The dividend is for the financial year end of 2010/2011.

Te Ex Dividend date will be on 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 11^th July 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders approval on AGM on 30^th June 2011.
