24^th June 2011, the Convenience Food (Lanka) PLC announces the first and Final Dividend of Rs.2.50 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be 28^th July 2011 and the Payment will be on 5^th August 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders approvals on AGM 27th July 2011.
