24^th June 2011, the Multi Finance Limited announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, that the company has change the name from “The Multi Finance Company Limited” to “Multi Finance Limited” with the effect from 26^th May 2011.

All necessary approvals from the Central Bank, Registrar of Companies and Shareholders have been obtained for same.
