30^th June 2011, The Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that, the “Peoples leasing Finance PLC” renamed as “People Finance PLC” by duly passed resolution by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held 30^th June 2011.
