Today, July 1^st 2011, the P W Corporate Secretarial (Pvt) Ltd announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that, the Ceylon and Foreign Trades PLC Board of Directors Resolve to recommend to the shareholders to issue of shares by way of a Share SWAP in the proportion of 91.315 New Ordinary shares in Ceylon and Foreign Trades PLC for every 1 Ordinary shares Held in Spice of Life (Pvt) Ltd.

The whole 1.7 Million Ordinary Shares of Spice of Life (Pvt) Ltd will be Share SWAP with Ceylon and Foreign Trades PLC with the consideration of 155,235,500 New Ordinary Voting shares.

After the successful share SWAP the Spice of Life (Pvt) Ltd will be a subsidiary of the Ceylon and Foreign Trades PLC.
