Today 21^st July 2011, the SSP Corporate Services made an announcement to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Central Investments & Finance Limited IPO oversubscribed. Therefore the Issue would be closed at 4.30 pm today (21^st July 2011) as per the Prospectus.

The Central Investments & Finance Limited IPO for 40 Million shares at the price of Rs.10 each.
