22^nd July 2011, the Kelani Tyres PLC declares the Interim Dividend of Rs.1.40 per share (Gross) for the Financial year of 2011/2012.

The Ex Dividend will be 2^nd August 2011 and the Payment will be on 11^th August 2011.
