18^th July 2011, the Lanka Ashok Leyland declares the First and Final Dividend of Rs.30.00 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend will be 22^nd September 2011 and the payment will be on 30^th September 2011.

The Dividend Announcement is subject to shareholders approvals in AGM on 21^st September 2011.
