11th July 2011, the Muliti Finance Limited announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Private Placement (Debt Conversion) amended by the Board of Director of the Muliti Finance Limited.
The Private placement was earlier at the price of Rs.30, by the Amendment the price has been increase as Rs.35.00 each.
