The Cargills (Ceylon) PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per share for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject to shareholders approvals on AGM on 29^th September 2011.

Once the Dividend announcement approved by the Shareholders in Annual General Meeting the Ex Dividend date will be 30^th September 2011 and the payment will be on 10^th October 2011.
