24^th August 2011, The E B Creasy & Company PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The dividend announcement is subject to the shareholders Approvals in AGM on 29^th September 2011.

Once the Shareholder Approved the Ex Dividend date will be on 30^th September 2011 and the payment will be on 10^th October 2011.
