15^th August 2011, The Gestetner of Ceylon PLC declares First & Final Dividend of Rs.1.50 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend Announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals in Annual General meeting on 23^rd September 2011.

Once Shareholders approved the Dividend announcement, the ex Dividend date will be on 26^th September 2011 and the Payment will be made on 30^th September 2011.
