The Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC declares the First & Final Dividend of Rs.30.00 per Share for the financial year 2010/2011.

The dividend announcement is subject to the shareholders approvals in Annual General Meeting on 20^th September 2011.

Once the Dividend announcement is approved by Shareholders, the Ex Dividend date will be on 21^st September 2011 and payment will be on 29^th September 2011.
