14^th June 2011, The Sathosa Motors PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.5.00 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend Announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals in Annual General Meeting on 26^th August 2011.

Once Shareholders approved the Dividend announcement in AGM, the ex Dividend date will be on 29^th August 2011 and the Payment will be made on 7^th September 2011.
