5^th August 2011, the Serendib Land PLC declares the First & Final Dividend of Rs.15.00 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 12^th September 2011 and Payment will be on 16^th September 2011.

The above Dividend announcement is subject to the Shareholders Approvals on AGM on 9^th September 2011.
