The Softlogic Capital Limited made a Mandatory offer to Purchase all Remaining Issued Ordinary Shares of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC at the Price of Rs.120.00 each.

The Softlogic Capital Limited acquires 19,125,000 (51%) of Ordinary Voting Shares of the Asian Alliance Insurance PLC at the Consideration of Rs. 120.00 per Share. Further the Softlogic Holdings Limited acquires the 8,449,416 Ordinary Shares of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC on 12^th August 2011.

Therefore, Softlogic Capital Limited acting in concert with Softlogic Holdings Limited own 73.53% of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC.

Therefore the Softlogic Capital Limited made a Mandatory offer to buy the Remaining shares of 9,925,584 at the price of Rs.120.00 each.
