3^rd August 2011, the Tokyo Cement Company (Lanka) PLC declares the First & Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per share (Voting and Non Voting shares) for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be 5^th September 2011 and the Payment will be on 13^th September 2011.

The above Dividend announcement subjects to the Shareholders Approvals on AGM on 2^nd September 2011.
