The Cargills (Ceylon) Plc announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Company Has Received a Letter dated From the Bank Supervision Department of Central Bank of Srilanka granting Approval for the establishment of Commercial Bank.

The New bank Named as Cargills Agriculture and Commercial Bank, the Commercial bank Establishment is subject to fulfilling routine terms and conditions.
