September 9, 2011. The CT Holdings PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject to the Shareholder approvals on AGM on 18^th October 2011.

Once the Dividend is approved, the Ex Dividend date will be 19^th October 2011 and the payment will be on 28^th October 2011.
