The Cargills (Ceylon) PLC made an announcement to Colombo Stock Exchange, that the Company has Decided to invest Rs. 500 Million to Developed a New Shopping and Entertainment Complex in Heart of Jaffna Town.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony was held in the Project Site of No 420, Hospital Road, Jaffna on 15th September 2011 at 9.00 Am.
