The Colombo Stock Exchange made an Announcement that the Softlogic Holdings PLC has been transferred to the Main Board of the CSE, from Diri Savi Board.

The Transferred are Effective from 22^nd September 2011.

This transfer may not affect the Softlogic Holdings Market Price or Any other Performance.
