The Muliti Finance PLC inform to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Company is Issuing Unlisted, Unsecured Subordinated Rated Redeemable Debentures upto a Value of Rs. 100 Million and further increase it upto Rs. 100 Million in the event of Oversubscribed.

The Unlisted, Unsecured Subordinated Rated Redeemable Debentures will be tenure of 3 Years and will Carry a Monthly Interest Coupon of 13%.

The Above Unlisted Debenture issue is subjected regulatory approvals.
