Entry Qualifications
- Minimum Age of 18 years and
- Should possess basic literacy skills
The Grading Test for English will be held on 29.10.2011
Diploma in Youth Development
The programme is offered in collaboration with the Commonwealth Youth Programme. The programme empowers young people to enhance their contribution to Development.
Entry Qualifications
- 3 Passes at GCE Advance Level or
- Completion of any Level 2 Programme offered by OUSL Or
- Equivalent Qualification accepted by OUSL.

The programme is an Undergraduate programme in social science offered in English medium.
Entry Qualification
- 3 Passes at GCE Advance Level or
- Completion of any Level 2 Programme offered by OUSL or
- Any equivalent or High Qualification acceptable by OUSL and
- A Credit passes for English at GCE O/L.
The Grading Test for English will be held on 29.10.2011
MA in Development Studies and Public Policy
MA Degree Programme is offered by OUSL in to build the capacities of graduate in different disciplines to work national development sectors and related policies
Entry Qualification
- A degree from Recognized University with 2 years work experience in development sectors or
- Any equivalent or higher qualification accepted by OUSL
Selection
The university will select students on selection test.

M. Phil / PhD Programme in Development and Policy Studies
The Programmes are design the learners to explore advance theoretical and thematic issue in social sciences.
Entry Qualification for M. Phil
- A Special Degree in a Relevant Social science from Recognized University with at least a Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Pass Or
- An Equivalent or Higher Qualification acceptable by OUSL
Entry Qualification for PhD
- A Master’s Degree by Research in relevant discipline from a recognized university or
- A Master’s degree with a research component by way of thesis/Dissertation from a recognized university or
- Any Other qualification acceptable by OUSL
