11^th November 2011, the Laugfs Gas PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, that the Laugfs Eco Sri (Private) Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Laugfs Gas PLC has decided to invest a Sum of Rs. 150 Million to subscribe convertible debenture at a Interest rate of Rs.6% per Annum in Laugfs Corporation (Rubber) Limited.

The Laugfs Corporation (Rubber) Limited is Board of Investment Approved Company in Srilanka and currently engage in the business of manufacturing Solid tyres for the export Market.
