The Central Investment & Finance PLC Announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Prof.L.R Amarasekera Chairman of CIFL has resigned from the Board with the Effect from 26^th October 2011.

The Board has decided to appoint the Non Executive Independent Director Mr. K.A.L Rupasinghe as the New Chairman of CIFL.
