The Business Schools of National University of Singapore, organized the Executive Business Development Progamme between May to June 2012.

The programme is designed for the leaders and Senior Managers, through an integration of classroom teaching, case studies, Peer groups Discussion and Networking’s. The participates gain the knowledge as well as the practical skills to grow their businesses.

New Management Programme

Date:     28th May 2012 to 1st June 2012

This Programme will be enable young leaders or those who have recently be promoted to people management position to hit the ground running by equipping them with the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills be an effective leader.

 

Accounting and Finance for Non Financial Managers

Date:     28th May 2012 to 1st June 2012

Suitable for managers from every functional area, the programme empowers non-financial managers with financial principles, concepts and applications, needed to make decisions with financial implications.

 

General management Programme

Date:     4th June 2012 to 15th June 2012

Suitable for functional managers and executives training into general management positions, the programme focuses on broadening skills in areas such as corporate strategy, Marketing, Human resources, Finance, Accounting and operations.

 

Leadership Development Programme

Date:     11th June 2012 to 15th June 2012

Targeted at emerging and senior leaders, the program provides a reflective experience for each participant’s leadership style and focuses on capabilities needed to increase influence and lead organizations.

 

Strategic management Programme

Date:     11th June 2012 to 15th June 2012

Aimed at leaders and managers with strategic responsibilities, the program addresses business issues and challengers by adopting a practical problem solving approach to strategy formulation and implementation.

 

Strategic HR Management

Date:     18th June 2012 to 22nd June 2012

This Program enables leaders and senior HR professionals to address issues involve with balancing HR and business strategy, trends in human capital management, leaderships change and performance management systems.

 

General Management Programme (Mandarin)

Date:     21st May 2012 to 1st June 2012

Targeted at emerging and senior leaders, the program addresses business issues and challengers on internationalization, talent management, corporate strategy and value chain leadership and decision making.
