The Samudra Beach Resorts (Pvt) Ltd a fully own Subsidiary of Browns Investment PLC signed an agreement with Board of Investment of Srilanka to constructing of a 4 Star Hotel with 150 Rooms in Kosgoda.

The Project is estimated to investment of Rs. 1.75 Billion and project expected to be completed in 2013.
