The Ministry of Labour and Labour Relations offers a Legal Aid scheme for the event of unjust termination of service in the private sector for each case or complaint.

• In an industrial Court
• Ina Labour Tribunal
• With the commissioner for workmen’s compensation
• In the termination section of the department of labour

A sum of Rs. 10,000.00 will be paid as lawyer’s / Legal consultants’ fee

Requirement

Employees who have been sack while working in the private, if gross salary is not greater than Rs. 15,000.00 can apply
