The Economic Development Ministry has setup a New Farmer Training institute in Kanagarayan Kulam to arming farmers with new Modern technologies and knowledge of present day farming.

The Project expected to give scope of Vavuniya, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu and besides trains the Agricultural and Livestock managements. The projects expected to improve the living standard of Northern famers and obtain high contributions to Srilanka Developments.
