The National Languages and Social Integration Ministry will train 3,500 public servants in the Kurunegala District in Mastering the Tamil language. About 2,000 School Teachers in the district will also be trained.

The Srilanka Government has allocated Rs. 2.3 Million for this project. Incentives will be offered to the public servants who complete the courses.
