Air Asia in talks to buy Serbia’s National Airline JAT

The Malaysian low cost airline Air Asia is in talks with Serbian National Airline JAT, the Air Asia is looking forward to develop the Belgrade it as a regional hub for Flights from Europe and Far East via Kuala Lumpur.

The JAT is a Loss making airline which creates losses of USD 34 Million with the total Euro 300 Million, and JAT holding 14 Fleets of 10 Boeing 737-300 and 4 ATR 72-200 which are 20 years old now.

While these purchases will be helping Air Asia to improve their  Services in a wider range without any Flighting air traffic in Malaysian airports.

This option would cost effective for the Air Asia to improve the performance in the long run
