Applications for the Professor Kandiah Balasubramanium gold medal are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka who have made outstanding research achievement in any scientific field at the National level contributing to the development of Sri Lanka. This prestigious award comprises of a Gold Medal and a certificate, and will be presented at the Annual sessions of Jaffna Science Association on 17 April 2013. The recipient of the award shall be invited to deliver the “GOLD MEDAL AWARD LECTURE” at the Annual sessions. Last date for submitting application forms is 31/01/2013.
