A  Singaporean Investor is willing to be investing on multistoried ultra modern business centre in Nugegoda. This Business Centre will be 20 storey building with Shopping complex, Housing Apartments, Conference Hall, Auditorium and many more.

The Sri Jayewardenepura Municipal Councils  proposed the land of existing supermarket land and until the contraction complete the alternative place will be provided for current shop owners.
