Kilinochchi city will be made a major trade economic development point. Work in this connection will commence within the next two months, Northern Province Governor G A Chandrasiri said at a ceremony to open 216 temporary market outlets at the Kilinochchi Public Market premises recently.
The Provincial Council has allocated Rs 260 million to construct the market complex to develop the businesses and economic contributions to national level.
