The Education Ministry has plans to introduce new stream of Technological Studies into G.C.E (A/L) Examination. The new stream would be help to the students to be more effective on technical skills and add more professionals into country.
The government had decided to discourage students from choosing the Art Stream for the Advance Level examination and encourage selecting other three steams.
In 2012 examinations 63% of the candidate pass and balance 37% fail the examination. Only 4% of the student fails all subjects at G.C.E (A/L) 2012.
