| Target Croup: | Persons involved in health promotion activities at StateInstitutions and NGOs. People interested in health promotional aspects of Complementary and Alternative Medicine. |
| Minimum Qualification: | Passed G.C.E (A/L) examination / pass G.C.E (O/L) with experience in health promotion activities. Priority will be given for candidates who are already involved in health promotional activities. Will be selected by a screening examination. |

How to apply :
Call in personally or send your request for applications on or before 24th April 2013 to the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medicine & Allied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. Saliyapura together with a self-addressed stamped envelope (23x10cm) and a money order (post office Mihintale) for Rs. 300.00 drawn in favour of Bursar. Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, (cheques will not be accepted).

The duly filled applications should reach the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medicine & Allied Sciences, Saliyapura on or before 30th April 2013. The top left-hand corner of the envelope should bear the words “Certificate Course for Community Health in Complementary and Alternative Medicine”.
