Sri Lanka Expo development Board organize an seminar on new trade regulations imposed by Pakistan & UAE on plastic packaging and other plastic articles. The demand for eco-friendly products / packing material is rapidly increasing the global rate. Restriction and Ban of production which are known to be environmental hazardous are already established by many countries. The export development board is organizing the above seminar and wishes to invite the Sri Lankan Export and related industries to participate this programme.

Objectives are to create awareness of new regulations and its impact on Sri Lankan exports and other relevant government institution, to make exportersready to use and adopt new technology on Oxo-bio degradable plastic in export rate.

The Programme suits for the Managers and Decision Makers in Pakistan and UAE, Packing manufacturers and suppliers in Sri Lanka, officers in relevant government institution.

The workshop organized on Tuesday 10th september2013 from 9.00am-2.30pm.auditorium NDB-EDB tower,NawamMawatha, Colombo-02. And the workshop will be on English medium. The workshop will be Absolutely free entrance for exporters and limited to 75 seats.
