Ingredients for 175 Pieces X’mas cake

  • 500g Semolina
  • 500g Butter
  • 500g Sultanas
  • 500g Raisins
  • 500g Cherries
  • 500g Pumpkin Preserve
  • 500a Cadju Nuts
  • 500g Currants
  • 500g Chow Chow
  • 500g Ginger Preserve
  • 1 bottle Strawberry Jam
  • 600g Soft Sugar
  • 1 Bottle Golden Syrup
  • 220g Candid Peel
  • 1 oz.Vanilla Essence
  • 1 oz.Almond Essence
  • ½  oz.Rose Essence
  • 1 Wine Glass Bees Honey
  • 1 Wine Glass Brandy
  • Ring from a lime
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon Spices
  • 1 Tab Spoon Spices
  • 27 Eggs
  • 27 Yolks | 14 White
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon nut meg

Chop all the ingredients and mix all the fruits together with the spices, Golden syrup, brandy and Essence and set aside for 5 days. Beat the white York with 1 sugar add roasted semolina with butter then mix yellow yolk and the chopped fruits (Add little baking power) pour the mixture on a cake tray and bake.
