DFCC Vardhana Bank PLC announce their Dividend on 2^nd March 2015 at Colombo Stock Exchange with below statement,

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of DFCC Vardhana Bank PLC (the Bank) decided, at the Board meeting held on 27^th February 2015, to propose a first and final dividend of Rs 0.90 (90 cents) per share on the ordinary shares of the Bank for approval of the shareholders at the AGM to be held on 29^th April 2015. The details relating to the dividend proposed by the Board are given below:

Financial Year:   2014

Rate of Dividend: Rs. 0.90 per share / First and Final Dividend

Date of AGM:    29th April 2015

XD from:              30th April 2015

Payment:            8th May 2015

Share Transfer Book: Share Transfer Book will be kept open
